We are currently using our protected coffee grounds to grow Oyster Mushrooms that we are selling on local markets and in the field of Gastronomy. Therefore, one Cup of Blum Coffee yields 160% more income for Coffee farmers and saves a huge amount of CO2 emissions compared to coffee capsules or linearly brewed Specialty Coffee, whereby the grounds end up in the landfill.
