The company is the brainchild of Luyanda Vappie, the idea of developing bespoke sector specific software was created when he was requested to draft a customised administrative system for a large Real Estate company that has a regional presence in Cape Town. The response generated from his first application inspired him to create a generic version which will be able to be used by the many small estate agents that have emerged with the boom in the property sector over the past few years. The company is operated by three directors Luyanda Vappie, Ebrahim Karodia and Unathi Ndzima. The company's members have worked extensively in the transport, real estate and property management sectors, providing systems based change strategies. Bluswave has provided software solutions for clients in these sectors which efficiently provide statistical data on request by authorised operators and aided them in meeting their strategic intent. The company is at the forefront of systems development as it operates in a niche market offering a service that is of highest quality. Its dynamic and innovative stance on all its listed services puts it at as one of the leading black owned IT consultancy company's in South Africa.
