The company was founded by Dr. Tony Cheng with headquarters in Hong Kong and branch offices in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and alliance partnerships around the world. BMIA provides a wide spectrum of professional valuation and consultancy services relating to initial public offerings (IPO), public documentations, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, taxation, liquidation and litigation. The integrated team of BMIA has solid experience in valuation of real estate, plant & machinery, business interests and intangible assets. The company has grown considerately since its inception.
