BMS Funding Ltd, working in conjunction with major funders are able to provide funding on RTA portal case acquisition costs. Cash flow is significantly accelerated and capital is no longer tied up on portal cases. BMS Funding arranges for the case acquisition costs to be funded for a period of up to six months WITH NO INTEREST (or until the case settles or closes, whichever is sooner) on RTA portal PI cases. The security is by way of a debenture per case (meaning that partner guarantees are not required) and, most importantly, all admin fees and interest charges are paid by BMS Funding Ltd. All funded cases receive Counsel's opinion on quantum free of charge. With the growing and significant risk that firms may be challenged in respect of settlement values achieved, BMS Funding Ltd. seeks to protect firms by providing free Counsel's opinion in respect of quantum on every funded case.
