What is actually a control? most importantly teaching people, empowering them with knowledge.BMT CONSULTING set-up initially with a vision to make a big impact on driving workplace incident and workplace injuries down, as we have constantly watched numbers alarmingly rise in this field unnecessarily, we constantly are involved in workplace investigations that could and should have been prevented, due to lack of training and awareness surrounding todays workforce, we are seeing worrying trends that we want to eliminate. The majority of workplace accidents and workplace injuries are avoidable, due to poor supervision and poor training standards we continually are hurting people daily at work.
