BNV Analytics (BNVA) offers a complete spectrum of quantitative management products and services, but specializes in are innovative, quantitative solutions for new and unique management problems. BNVA's staff has developed award-winning methodology to quantify the relationships between system performance and contract risk on all types of contracts, especially Performance Based Logistic (PBL). Our primary capability is in developing exclusive, innovative quantitative products for unique customer problems. Related to this or independently, is the ability to quickly modify existing methodology so that it is able to address the customer's unique needs. Quick-turn modeling and analysis of a system at all levels enables better informed decision making for our customers. BNVA is a small, woman-owned, start-up company, but its primary technical contributors have over 50 years of combined successful experience managing a full spectrum of quantitative projects for important government customers in the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Energy (DoE), NASA, other classified agencies, as well as for commercial companies such as Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors, as well as hospitals, universities, churches and other consulting firms.
