The agreement on utilizing comprehensively saline shrimp resources in Ebinur Lake of this state was signed between Boaifeng Biological Products Co., Ltd and government of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang in the 1st China-Eurasia Expo in September,2011.Then it was registered and recorded successfully in the State Administration of Industry and Commerce. The registered capital is 100 million RMB and headquarter is located in high and new technology development zone of Urumqi.In June 2012, the production base situated in Atasu-Alashankou City began to construction comprehensively and additional projects has already been completed and come into use including office building, manufacture workshop, raw material storage(3000 tons of cold storage) and employees' apartment. The products produced by it have already been sold to Chinese coastal cities and the market demands exceed supply.Meanwhile, in order to make brand of Boaifeng step into coastal market of Southeast Asia, the letter of intent on investing 5 million USD to build the Boaifeng Thailand Co., Ltd was signed by our company and industrial park located in Rayong Province of Thailand in ASEAN EXPO in September 2013.By convention, Boaifeng Thailand Co., Ltd has been established in accordance to law at the beginning of 2014.The Thailand Company with the ability to produce 500 tons of brine shrimp eggs has begun building in June 2014.Recent, national-level experiment base project focusing on aquaculture and research and development has been launched by huge investment in future. The Boaifeng Fujian Co., Ltd has already been established according to law, which is responsible for implementation of project. The agreement on landing project and land purchase has been signed by our company and local government .We have reasons to believe that persistent footmark will be left by Boaifeng in the rational developed journey of aquaculture in our country even in the world.
