Owner and Founder, Keith LeGrande, was born with fishing in his blood. Most of his early childhood days were spent with a fishing pole in his hand learning the ropes from his older brother, father and grandfather. Some kid's may fill their piggy banks with a neighborhood lemonade stand, but not Keith LeGrande. His first entrepreneur venture was a summer crab business out of his Jon Boat behind his childhood home on the Elizabeth River.After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, Keith eventually landed in the logistics field. On top of his "day job", he got his captain's license and co-founded LeGrande Slam Charters in Virginia Beach. As a charter boat captain, Keith's clients always wanted to know where they could buy the freshest seafood. For a beautiful, large city surrounded by water, the lack of fresh seafood options for our local VB community is astounding. VB has some of the best fishing in the world, yet most of us are limited to purchasing seafood from grocery stores without truly knowing what we're buying and where it came from. Combining his experience in both the Logistics and Fishing Industries, Keith decided to put on his permanent out of office and Boat to Table Seafood was born. As a husband and father to two young children, providing the freshest local seafood starts at home. We look forward to filling your table with the very best our local waters have to offer.
