BoatSmart HQ is a unique app-based service that ensures your vessel is safe, seaworthy and ready to go when you need it.At the heart of BoatSmart HQ is our unique mobile BoatSmart HQ app which manages all of the critical service elements of your boat so you don't have to. Boatsmart HQ crew will pair you with a qualified and experienced 'First Mate' - your go-to person to help keep your vessel shipshape. Your First Mate provides a fully managed service including a monthly 50-point Vessel Inspection Report (VIR), and also looks after any vessel maintenance work which can be viewed and tracked via the app. You can ask for work to be carried out and check its progress, as well as order extra services as and when you need them. Your subscription also includes membership to the Coastguard to make sure you have peace of mind once you leave the marina.In short, becoming a Boatsmart HQ member lets you enjoy the best bits of owning a boat – leaving the hard work to us and putting you in control at all times.
