Like many of us, I wished for a second home in the Mediterranean for a long time. After years of searching for my favourite location I wound up on the Costa Blanca and started my search more seriously. Finally, in 2013 I have bought a villa in Moraira.I was lucky enough to come across an excellent and very experienced Real Estate Consultant. She showed me that she only had my interests in mind giving me her honest opinion and objective views on the properties we visited together. Her knowledge and extensive local network were a huge help in getting everything organised smoothly.Now that I'm living in Spain myself, I want to offer this same personal and committed service to potential buyers and investors who are in search of a property in the northern part of the Costa Blanca. With the establishment of BoCasa and building my own reliable local network I achieved this. We are able now to let you benefit from our good relation and close cooperation with banks, lawyers, gestors, notaries, contractors etc.Moreover, I am very pleased that two experienced ladies will join our team. First of all, the earlier mentioned real estate agent has decided to continue her usual services under the BoCasa banner, adding her valuable local experience and tireless commitment to our strengths. Secondly, again a lady with real estate experience, will take care of the back office.
