Bocciardi Properties Corporation focuses on the acquisition of properties in the Bay View and Lake Country markets in Wisconsin. Our vision is to acquire premier properties that we restore to their original grandeur with an emphasis on beautiful landscaping. Our client tenants enjoy a great living experience at an affordable base rent rate. To date our portfolio consists of 9 properties and we continue to be on the hunt for unique properties that are priced within our strict investment standards.Our investment standards include a minimum Capitalization rate of 8% post development with no leverage. From an operational perspective we take pride in impeccable upkeep of our properties and fast response times to client tenant issues.
