Bodander helps investors create, grow, and protect their wealth. Our aim is to help our clients decide what's best for them and then help them get it. We provide full brokerage services in addition to consulting.We are investors ourselves and understand that real estate is a very different investment vehicle from paper assets and businesses. Our real estate experience includes mountain properties, sales to municipalities, commercial land, 1031 exchanges, undeveloped residential land, existing home purchases and sales, retail leases, multi-unit housing properties, and retail sale-leasebacks. These days, we prefer to concentrate on multi-unit housing and small retail properties. We have worked with investor clients to structure transactions to fit various portfolio needs, including tax optimization and income generation.We have called New Mexico home since 1991, each of us having lived in many, many other different places before that. We have been licensed real estate brokers in New Mexico since 2006 and are members of the National Association of Realtors®, belonging to the Commercial Association of Realtors, New Mexico (CARNM).
