Bodegas Bhilar: Viticultor and Winemaker, David Sampedro Gil from the small village of Elvillar in Rioja Alavesa. Davids looks to find a balance, moving away from commercialization and mechanization and back to the lessons of his Grandfather. We practice Biodynamic farming and considers it not only a range of procedures but a work-life philosophy in pursuit of sustainable development. David works in a 3 separate wine regions throughout Spain: Rioja Alavesa, Salamanca and Galicia.Rioja Alavesa Wines: Phincas, PhincA Abejera, and Phinca Lali and Thousand Milks, Terca and Vuelta de Terca are all produced from David's family vineyards consisting of old bush vines, surrounding the village of Elvillar.
