As a matter of fact, most of the cases we handle exhibit an international element on some level. While we routinely advise foreign-based clients on German and EU law, we also serve as bridgeheads for domestic clients requiring assistance abroad.Our ability to explain and plead German law is recognised internationally: Our lawyers have been called to testify on complex matters of German law before courts in other jurisdictions, e.g. the United States. We serve in high-profile, international advisory bodies, such as the Arbitration and ADR Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, or the Arbitration Committee of the International Bar Association.
