Bodhi Foods specializes in the production, marketing and export of the West African fonio cereal, and gluten free fonio flour. Fonio is considered the most nutritious of all grains and is one of the fastest growing and most sustainable crops in the world. We strive to provide quality products that support the people and the places who are often forgotten and sorely in need of business engagement. Our aim is to develop and expand the consumption of heritage foods without hurting the populations that have been reliant on them for millennia. In doing so, we hope to improve the livelihoods of producing communities (food insecurity sucks!), while exposing international palates to the wonders of the foods they've been missing.
