The Slow Motion High Intensity Strength Training protocol provides maximum results in a minimum amount of time while emphasizing safety and efficiency. Body by Storm accomplishes this in a quality controlled environment, on state of the art equipment. One weekly 30 minute session is performed under the care and guidance of a certified and experienced exercise instructor who coaches the client to lift and lower the weight stack slowly, minimizing force and momentum.
