She has over 20 years experience in the fitness/health industry, and has been named to the "Top 100 Trainers in the Country" list by Men's Journal for two consecutive years.Wendy's first love in fitness is helping people overcome obstacles.Both Lindsay and Wendy are certified at the "sports medicine" level in TRX Suspension Training.
