BodyTalk is an holistic medicine approach based on tapping into the innate healing ability of your own body. Reiki is incorporated into these sessions to help balance the energetic system of the body, mind, and spirit. It is typically used during the yoga therapy portion of the session.In addition, yoga therapy sessions and BodyTalk sessions are available.
