At Body Innovations, we offer a variety of interval-based small group fitness classes including bootcamps of varying difficulties, kickboxing and yoga. Classes consist of anywhere from five to 15 people and offer a more economical alternative to traditional one-on-one training. We believe in functional training, compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, and utilizing your body as a machine for positive change. We don't own weight machines and our equipment is limited to the basics, like resistance bands, ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls and stability balls. All our instructors hold a degree in the field of Exercise Science & are American Council on Exercise certified personal trainers. Our classes are guaranteed to make you sweat today & feel the burn tomorrow!
