Our mission at BoPo Works is simple: To help people feel better in their own bodies by creating a positive environment with professionals who can support the healing journey. BoPo Works is a one-stop shop offering integrated services, programs, events and classes to support individuals on their journey to recovery, long term growth, and overall health and wellness. Amongst the modalities we offer are Individual and Group Psychotherapy, Integrative Nutrition, Chiropractic Services, Reiki, Ayurveda, Life & Grief Coaching, a full Yoga Studio (including hatha, kundalini, structural yoga therapy, kids' classes, meditation, body positive belly dancing, and classes for disordered eating and addiction), Massage, Pilates, and Sound Healing.
