INTRODUCTIONBCA was initially formed in 1979 as a private company, and subsequently registered as a private limited company in 1981.In the early years, BCA was mainly concerned with boiler works, and associated installation of plant.Since 1985, BCA has had a strong influence in incineration of general materials, and has of late extended to cover all special waste products i.e., clinical, surgical, pathological, all paper wastes, including packaging, polythene and wood waste. BCA was later changed in name to Boiler Consortium Africa Limited owing to the diverse engineering pursuits of the company. At present the company has a design division, contracts division, inspectorate, and association with specialist fields, i.e., construction, refrigeration, power generation and general plumbing.
