Boinca has developed a topical low dose mTOR inhibitor for daily use to reverse skin aging and treat related diseases. Our recently patented topical, when used daily during a 6-month study, showed an increase in collagen and lower levels of key biomarkers of aging skin. Topical low dose mTORC1 inhibitors showed better efficacy and a different MOA than at higher doses.
