Our business model is simple. We are coaching agents into production. Over 90% of real estate agents do not make it in this business in five years. Why is that? The current model is antiquated and is broken. The days of large brick and mortar real estate businesses with high overhead and charging the clients outrageous fees are gone. Innovative real estate companies are going towards a low cost, high quality brokerage model, and we felt that if the current brokerages do not adapt to the new trends in the same way that they will be out of business in 3-5 years and that's how BRG was formed. BRG was created with the future in mind, offering our agents an innovative brokerage model, where we provide a high level of service with a low fee approach.How did we come up with the name BRG? We knew that the name needed to reflect the vision. That vision is not one that is popular among other real estate professionals, however the market dictates that we must be BOLD in our thinking. We believe that if you put the clients first, everything else follows. That has been true with BOLD. Since the launch of BOLD, we have expanded into 3 states and growing each day!
