Developed by School Counselors, all our coaches are pros at making kids feel seen and heard, which is essential today. By providing a consistent shoulder to lean on, in a safe, nurturing environment, we're able to foster healthy habits and a harmonious relationship with technology and beyond.We call it Digital Wellness: actively practicing healthy habits essential to using tech in ways that enhance rather than harm mental + physical health.Our MISSION is to ensure that everyone feels seen and heard, is positively motivated to achieve their potential, and maintains healthy and productive habits, including a balanced relationship with technology.
