Having spent her childhood in Chanthaburi where most of the world's gems pass through at one time or another in their travels, Boon is no stranger to dazzling stones of different shapes, sizes and colours. It was helping her goldsmith grandfather that she developed a passion for jewellery making. She eventually opened her Bangkok atelier and salon by Chao Phraya River in 1985 and quickly garnered a sophisticated clientele worldwide. Her bespoke pieces with a myriad of characteristics and materials truly reflects personality of the wearers. As both designer and craftsperson, Boon creates her pieces with a close attention to detail and design sensibility.
