BoothPass is OpenTable, Uber and eBay for Nightclubs. We provide a patented central reservation system that allows for dynamic pricing and auctions to be held for reservations. Additionally we provide, online prepayment and social payment distribution. Our competitors offer solutions that merely supplement the existing offline booking process, while we offer all this and more. We make nightclubs more profitable by allowing them to hold auctions for the right to reserve bottle service for specific booths, on particular nights. This dynamic pricing model allows nightclubs to determine what the market is willing to pay. Additionally, if a nightclub sets even one VIP booth for auction on a particular night, then technically they will never have to turn down business on that date, since customers will always have the right to outbid the highest bidder for that particular VIP booth. We also allow consumers to pre-pay for their VIP reservation online at a discount and split the total bill with friends. VIP reservations are typically done in a group, where bill splitting occurs offline. We allow nightclub VIP patrons to split the bill in advance, so on their special night out they can focus on fun, not collecting cash.
