A Project-Based Learning Laboratory Cultivating a Restoration Economy in the U.S-Mexico BorderlandsOur work is boldly experimental: to cultivate an international, ecological and cultural restoration-based economy in one of the most biologically diverse, yet economically depressed regions of the U.S-Mexico borderlands. Through project-based learning and collaborative approaches to habitat and community restoration we teach and learn in tandem with future leaders dedicated to creating abundant livelihoods and impactful contributions on both sides of the border and beyond.
