I inspire business owners and executives to transcend self-imposed limitations to experience deep personal transformation and professional success.As a certified integral coach, I engage with clients in deeply clarifying and reflective conversations. In partnership, we explore the linguistic, emotional and somatic drivers of your experiences and examine where you are hitting blocks. We then experiment in new ways to engage in daily life through individualized linguistic, emotional, spiritual and somatic practices that support your unique developmental and skills-based goals. I am both a student and coach of Eugene Gendlin's Focusing, a body-wisdom-based mode of connecting with one's inner knowledge and releasing trauma. I find that Focusing, combined with Hakomi, meditation and Polyvagal resourcing, can be useful supports for long-lasting change in attitudes, moods and habits. My goals for each client are that they become more skilled at attuning to their inner guidance; more present to each moment of their life; and more skillful at real-time self-managed course correction.
