Bossini Mario is an historical company set up in 1974, specialized in hot forging brass and machining according to customer's requirements.Our forging department is equipped with 14 press machines ranging from 200 to 600 tons which allow the production of both solid and holed parts with a weight ranging from 20 grams to 6 kilograms, with a monthly average output of 1,200 tons.The CNC, transfer and multicenter machines allow us to produce both high quantity batches and small, highly complex series for various application sectors such as: sanitary, heating, water, gas, valves and fittings.What makes us really competitive, is the fact that all molds and production toolings are designed and produced in-house and every single project starts from customer's drawing and a 3D molding simulation performed before launching the production cycle which allows us to produce the parts preventing any type of possible defects.We are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified.
