Boulder Element ("Element") is a fitness company located in Boulder dedicated to providing a superior facility with a holistic approach to the endurance athlete. The cornerstone of the company is intended to be a 90,000 to 110,000 sq. ft. fitness complex, which will be designed to serve 4500 members and numerous day-visitors. Along with the fitness center, co-located retail, sports medicine, coaching/camps, and event management entities would provide convenient access to the products and services used by both Element clients and other members of the target market: fitness enthusiasts in the 30-55 age bracket who are focused on endurance sports (running, cycling, swimming and triathlon). This target market represents an addressable $160 million opportunity.
