Bounty Network is the UK's first community marketplace for jobs which financially rewards users for making job recommendations to their network. Using social recruitment to disrupt traditional industry models, this pioneering referral platform invites users to headhunt their friends and contacts for the jobs on the site in return for a cash bounty. Recruiters set the bounty for their roles and only pay if they hire, cutting recruitment costs down to the true market value for each vacancy. Bounty Network launched in November 2012 as part of Bright (www.brightnetwork.co.uk).
