Staffing & Recruiting - London, England, United Kingdom
Bounty Network is the UK's first community marketplace for jobs which financially rewards users for making job recommendations to their network. Using social recruitment to disrupt traditional industry models, this pioneering referral platform invites users to headhunt their friends and contacts for the jobs on the site in return for a cash bounty. Recruiters set the bounty for their roles and only pay if they hire, cutting recruitment costs down to the true market value for each vacancy. Bounty Network launched in November 2012 as part of Bright (www.brightnetwork.co.uk). Bright's unique social media platform connects remarkable organisations with a community of over 70,000 undergraduates, graduates and young professionals. Through cutting edge technology, boutique events and headhunting, Bright is innovating how the brightest talent connects. Bright partners with over 200 leading employers - from the Blue Chip and established to the high-growth and entrepreneurial - including Credit Suisse; Deutsche Bank; Innocent; HSBC; Ernst & Young; Mind Gym; QuBit, and Cancer Research UK. In 2011, Bright attracted investment from a consortium of angel investors with impressive track records in recruitment and technology. Michael Jackson, leading venture capitalist and former chairman of technology business Sage, and Zach Miles, a former CEO of Vedior, the recruitment business that was acquired for €3.5 billion by Randstad in 2008, joined the Bright board.
