Bower & Octant (B&O) is a consultancy that designs and supervises civil engineering works, and specializes in marine and coastal engineering among other disciplines. It was established in 2017 in Dubai, UAE, as a sole proprietorship. While our company is relatively new, our management team possesses more than 30 years of experience in the field.
