Bramble App Details
Bramble is a Singapore based tech start-up developing a conversational game which helps parents and children talk about their feelings. The game is in the form of an app, which takes best practices from interdisciplinary research and translates them into easy-to-use "moves", designed for face-to-face conversations. The format creates a fun, protected space that helps teach skills and build habits for emotional connection. To support parents and families, we recently launched the Bramble Basics Programme. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants have weekly sessions which include: - 20-minute conversations facilitated by our mobile app- Reflection prompts for parents- Check-in calls with a dedicated Bramble Guide- Personalised notes based on each user's conversation, which incorporate clinically proven therapeutic strategies and techniques tailored to their individual needs and goals.Bramble Basics gives parents and children the chance to strengthen their relationship through:- Learning and practising skills for empathetic communication- Having honest and emotionally-connected conversations with each other- Growing in mutual understanding with each other.
