BISI is an innovation and business incubator that supports the transition of young people to work-readiness and to ensure they are ready for a very demanding and fast-paced business world. It also strives to involve young people to become business owners and entrepreneurs. BISI Partners include big businesses, local businesses, other innovation centres, DaVinci Institute of Leaning, and various tertiary institutions such as the University of Johannesburg (UJ), the University of Pretoria, University of South Africa (UNISA) and Kedge Business School in France and the University of Hull in the UK. Enterprise DevelopmentWe see small businesses in South Africa as an important driving force for economic growth and creation of jobs, thus our enterprise development programme offers black entrepreneurs the opportunity to set-up and/or further develop their small PPE/MRO businesses. BISI as an innovation and business incubator, helps small black businesses survive and grow during the start-up period, when they are most vulnerable.Skills Development We at Bramhope realise that skills development is essential to any business' success. Bramhope works with its clients to ensure skills development remains a constantly appreciating asset for both Bramhope and its customers. Through BISI we train and educate our own interns and employees but also the employees of our customers. We ensure a decrease in staff turnover and increased productivity while avoiding expensive training programmes and recruitment drives. As a leader in innovation, our BISI students are exposed to the latest in technological developments – and in turn, develop specific skills in this areas with are then transfers to the workplace – to the benefit of our clients as it allows them to apply these skills to compete in their respective industries.
