I am a seasoned management consultant and application architect focusing efforts on effective, efficient budgeting and forecasting. 7+ years experience implementing IBM Cognos Enterprise Planning solutions in various roles ranging from Project Manager to Principle Consultant. I have a refined ability to work across business and IT functions. A strong foundation built on realistic and functional requirements ensures greater success in the design, build, and execution of the project. It's all too common to see projects designed and implemented based soley off the client's initial scope and requirements which often results in a very cumbersome application that is ultimately rejected by it's users. The comlexity of applicaiton functionality many times requires refined requirements. I stongly believe in guiding clients through all phases to ensure an effective, efficient, positive experience in the shortest time possible. It's all about working with the entire functionality of the product to achieve a best practice solution.The client should be as good as I am when I finish a project.
