It all started with a closet.After witnessing a famous friend's overwhelming swag stash first-hand, which included enough goodies to fill a walk-in wardrobe, it was time to make a serious lifestyle change. We wanted a complete makeover -- for our souls. From this desire and a true love of clothing, Brand Together's non-profit mission to financially support charities through the sales of donated luxury goods was born. A unique business model allows individuals, non-profits and other organizations to utilize Brand Together's array of services, while providing a fundraising platform where luxury items can be donated to raise money for the charity of their choice. This is our chance to be helpful humans and to give conscious consumers the opportunity to look great and feel great in their purchases. One in four women only wear 50% of the clothes they own, so we want to help people "Reduce. Reuse. Refashion." lightly-loved fashion items to eliminate auxiliary outfits. Our commitment to sustainability also ensures your old luxury looks get new life outside landfills – which claimed more than 24 billion pounds of textile waste from clothing and household fabrics in 2012. Unlike similar operations, our 501(c)(3) dedication guarantees that we are making a definitive contribution to super cool charities in the name of style.
