BrandOvation is a Brand Consulting agency that was Established in 2003 by Dr Nikolaus Eberl and Herman Schoonbee, with a focus on Internal Branding. We were recently joined by Oupa Mokuena a Harvard Graduate and esteemed South African business leader that became a valuable asset in the success of our organisation. The foundation of our products is our motivational theory (Motivational Intelligence) that is based on the emotional drivers of human behavior. Our first product was Brand-Internalization strategies using the IziCwe Code (Management Principles of the Great King Shaka) as a narrative framework. Over the years we expanded our portfolio to Nation building (Brand Ambassador program during the 2010 FIFA World Cup), Personal Leadership, Executive Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Team Leadership, Online or Web based Leadership and Entrepreneurship as well as Archetypal Branding. Our Client base includes Government Departments, Parestatals and some of South Africa's most prestigious organisations. We have produced a number of publications some of which have reached best seller status. All our consulting interventions are fully customized to the specific needs of our clients. We are a fully a BEE approved organisation and our programs are Accredited with the Services SETA.
