Thus, even as it boosts productivity it reduces the expenses incurred by cleaning the oil to maintain all the sensitive parts of various applications.Our products include various types of centrifugal oil cleaning systems, which are ideal for enhanced liquid/solid separation of process fluids including lubrication oils, quenching oil, wire drawing oil, honing oil, machining oil, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, gear oil, cutting oil, transmission oil, coolants, and different types of fuels, solvents and chemicals. The carbon sludge in the oil is a result of the oxidation and polymerization of oil and its high presence weakens the oil properties and reduces the performance.Our centrifugal oil cleaner removes even sub-micron carbon and soot particles, which would be lesser than 0.1 microns in size from the process fluids. Compared to this traditional filtration including paper filters, cannot remove particles smaller than 10-15 microns. Our process is designed to extend fluid life without removing the fats and essentials from lubrication and coolant applications.
