The Brewery Caulier is a Belgian craft family brewery in the region of Tournai, Belgium. It has been producing its own beers for almost 25 years and has brewing experience of more than four generations. The current team of 20 enthusiasts brews 100% natural, top fermented beers: Bon Secours, Paix Dieu and Stuut.The products - BONSECOURS BLOND. The Bon Secours Blond (8% Vol. Alc.) is the first beer to be produced by the brewery and has remained the star product. It is a fascinating beer, revealing aromas of malt, hops and a complex, fruity array. On the palate this beer is thick-textured, sweet and unctuous. - BON SECOURS AMBER. We mix pale malts with lightly caramelized roasted malts. At the end of the boiling, we add white and brown Candy Sugar. Result? The great Bon Secours Amber (8%), a lively ale whose cloudy body is topped by a foamy head. It instantly reveals a malty flavor and develops a fine, prolonged bitterness- BON SECOURS BROWN. Elected Best Belgian brown beer by a jury of beer experts at the World beer Cup (Seattle, US), the Bon Secours Brown (8%) reveals dominant aromas of mocha, aniseed and roasting hops emphasized by a complex range of herbal flavors. - BON SECOURS BLUEBERRY. This beer (7% Alc. Vol.), unique in Belgium, is the result of a maceration of blueberries in our Bon Secours, without added sugar. It pours a nice red berry color with a nice reddish head. On the palate you'll be surprised to find a dry, fresh and very fruity flavor with blue berries and slight spiciness.- PAIX DIEU. Brewed once a month, at the full moon, the Paix Dieu is a triple 10% brew which is smooth and full of character; a craft beer in the tradition of Belgian abbey beers. A symbol on each bottle will help you decipher under which moon your beer was brewed.- STUUT: Every quarter we come up with a new recipe which gives you the chance to discover new flavours.
