Closing the gender gap by building Confidence, Courage and Resilience in Girls and Women throughout their life stages. Habit changing inspiration, education and actions working with neuroplasticity to build confidence, courage and resilience.Findings from vast global studies show that women are less confident than men and that lack of self-belief and the confidence and courage to embrace opportunities is holding women back. Women aren't taking as many risks and cautiously opt out of opportunities, while men are quicker to opt in. They are often stuck as to how to develop and make real, lasting behavioural change that increases their confidence and courage and enables them to achieve what they desire.The time for change for women is NOW. Change IS happening. The #metoo movement and greater representation of women in senior leadership positions show society slowly moving to more "equality opportunity". However too little is happening and too slowly. The real change needed is taking too long. What women DO have control over is themselves and whether they walk towards courage and building confidence and create the "neu" norm of confident, courageous and resilient women who are not without doubt or fear but have the mindset and capability to move beyond the fear and "do it anyway"!Brave NeuWomen exists to harness the remarkable new/"neu" insights into ‘Neu'roplasticity and that we are able to rewire our brains and create new/"neu" self-confident mindsets and actions to enable women to step into their brilliance.The challenge is collective, so the action needs to be collective too. Brave NeuWomen provides a shared space for all girls and women to come together to lift themselves and each other up to build confidence and develop the courage to fulfill their ultimate and infinite potential to be more confident, more resilient and approach their daily challenges and opportunities with more courage than they have previously ever had.
