A family owned and operated company, Bravofoods was born out of HANDINA MEATS 1985 – 2000, founded by George Giannakos. Handina Meats grew with its experience and professionalism to become one of the largest meat wholesalers in Sydney in its time…….. Now with decades of experience in the meat industry, both domestically and internationally with export trades…. Bravofoods has now evolved into again a customer service orientated meat wholesaler. Jason Giannakos (son of George) is now the Managing Director of Bravofoods and oversees all aspects of the business with the help of his experienced sales team, production and all the committed team that work our factory.In 2017 Bravofoods has two new team members that are contributing to the professional services we can offer.Christopher Wheatley, Business Development Manager comes from an extensive Catering background within the Industry with over 16 years' experience as a leading Chef, Manager and Food Professional.Thomas Cooper, Business Development Manager also with in excess of 10 years' experience as a Butcher in Retail and Wholesale as well as previously representing a Sydney Wholesaler, serving the food Industry, has joined our team.Together Chris, Thomas and Jason offer a service that is nothing short of exceptional and extensive from all areas of Menu Development, Sales and product recommendation, product grading, sourcing of alternative lines and wholesaling of product to our market place.Bravofoods operate from HACCP accredited premises and deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
