Braymont is the investment manager of a family of private equity SPVs focused on constructive investing in special situations. These can be companies facing growth-related challenges, transformational developments or situations requiring turnarounds or restructurings.Braymont invests in companies faced with the need to effect immediate and significant change, and actively creates an environment in which these changes can take place. The majority of Braymont's investment activity takes place in the wider German-speaking area, including Germany, Switzerland and Austria.Braymont have demonstrated an ability to see value where others do not, and of crystallizing this value where others can not. Most of Braymont's investments involve creating new companies to acquire significant stakes in operating businesses or take over the investment management of existing 3rd party investments or entrepreneurial participations that can benefit from Braymont's highly active and involved approach. Braymont is agnostic as to deal structure and percentage ownership, and highly flexible when it comes to accomodating the specific requirements of a transaction. We are opportunistic with regards to the industries we get involved in, though our experience is concentrated in healthcare, business services and industrials.Braymont is based in Zug, Switzerland.
