BrazilFoundation is a non-profit established in 2000 with the goal of mobilizing resources for ideas and actions that transform Brazil. We work with local leaders, organizations and a global network of supporters to promote equality, social justice and economic opportunity for all Brazilians. In 2020, BrazilFoundation invested over US$4.9 million in 143 social organizations in 21 states in Brazil in the areas of Education and Culture, Health, Socioeconomic Development, Human Rights and Civic Engagement, and the Environment. BrazilFoundation is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the United States Tax Code, EIN 13 4131482, and an OSCIP (Public Interest Civil Society Organization) under Brazilian Law nº 9.790/1999, CNPJ 048395720001-10.
