Bread & Pickle cares about our environment: in 2011, we became the first Minneapolis Park concession to compost and recycle. We serve locally farmed products as much as possible, including heirloom Limousin grass-fed beef burgers from Peterson Farms in WI.Bread & Pickle is operated by the folks who bring you Barbette, Red Stag Supperclub, Pat's Tap, Tiny Diner, The Bird, Book Club, and Gigis. We are proud to be part of the Minneapolis Parks.We strive to offer local and sustainably grown or harvested ingredients in a zero-waste environment.
