Breakthrough coaching gives practitioners ways to make their conversations transformational, whether in the role of a coach, leader, parent, or colleague. This program touches on many practices and habits in a comprehensive learning format. The exercises, demos, tools, and techniques take the complexity out of coaching so the practitioner can quickly coach how their clients think with ease and grace. The focus of the program is for the practitioner to integrate essential practices and mental habits to both simplify and enhance their coaching skills. Our coaches are currently embarking on a new journey with Breakthrough Coaching πππππΌππ. Breakthrough Coaching πππππΌππ is a membership that provides monthly access to exclusive learning, group mentoring from ICF Certified Coaches, and a private community to share collective wisdom.This community will give coaches the opportunity to be a part of and benefit from the collective wisdom of the BC coaches led by Marcia Reynolds. Each month, coaches will witness live coaching demos by Marcia and receive group mentoring from ICF-certified coaches.
