Breakwater Software was started for the sole purpose of designing a communications platform ( or Phone Apps) that operate independently of the traditional/legacy methodologies (such as email). The primary goal was to reinvent the way things are being done with an application(s) that could be installed on a mobile device, so that critical information could be delivered in such a way that would stand out and be noticed! However, this platform had to be able to provide the same management and distribution functions as its traditional counterparts (such as email) and still be just as secure. Thus, introducing Breakwater Software's Mobile Communications Platform (MCP), a dynamic multi-functional reusable architecture designed to allow applications and enterprises a flexible information delivery system. So what does all that mean, it simply states that we create applications for your mobile device, that solve today's challenges of delivering critical information to the people that need it, without it being lost in a sea of email or falling to the limitations of texting. This is done via an alert on your device, right there on your front screen. Therefore it cannot be missed or dismissed without acknowledgement.
