I have over 25 years in the counseling field, three clinical licenses and am a Certified Professional Coach. A high level of emotional intelligence, coupled with years of experience in a short term therapy model allows me to quickly get to the heart of the matter. I offer deep listening skills in combination with key questions. My clients report feeling understood and hopeful, while seeing behaviors change and life situations improve. My style is collaborative, interactive, and engaging. I am frequently told my warmth and genuine concern for others creates an open, trusting and safe environment for change.
