I'm one of eight kids—a middle child. I had to learn to get along with the group or get devoured. I couldn't imagine how this would be the beginning of my passion for building united, healthy teams. I started working full-time in local churches when I was 18 years old. That's when I discovered my passion for training leaders and building teams. My leaders were 14-year-olds, and the team was a middle school worship band, but that didn't matter.
