As the Lead on Design Build Projects, BMC will employ exceptional professionals from the design and construction sectors, while assisting our clients in deciding on design issues as well as issues related to cost, profits, and time requirements. It has been our experience that managing a successful project starts at project inception and continues through project closeout, NOT construction completion.
