We do not bring inexperienced resources trolling through a knowledge base to attempt to match a cataloged solution from another client to diagnose your problem. We bring experienced resources whose real world best practices are based on our consultants' past successes and failures. Knowing what NOT to do is just as important as knowing what to do. BCG's experience base spans the large complex environments of the Fortune 500, governance intricacies of the private equity firms, and cash strapped Startups whose deliverables cost exceed cash flow. Our consultants have helped all sizes of organizations by customizing the solution to the client's needs. We have performed strategic consolidations, divestitures, and pre-bankruptcy acquisitions in large and small organizations. The principals of our firm have worked to develop international hosting, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Cloud Solutions.
